We pay attention to the choice of raw materials, ensuring that they are cultivated according to European organic standards. We carefully choose natural ingredients with high nutritional values, such as high quality buckwheat flour, thus ensuring you having more healthy and tasty products.
Fabrication – High standards
To produce tasty, organic and gluten-free products requires manufacturing processes which retain the nutritional qualities and taste of each ingredient.
In order to ensure that our recipes are up to high standards, we choose particular technical processes. We use the extruding process with dry cooking below 170 °C (284 °F), this prevents the Maillard reaction (toasting and browning of the food). The extrusion process allows us to produce without adding any fat or baking powder (in our crackers and breadsticks). This way, we preserve the nutritional value of the ingredients. All Paradeigma products are distributed in health and organic shops, in France, Europe and in Canada
ECO FRIENDLY
Low carbon footprint as much as possible. Industry requires prompt deliveries; we do this by limiting unnecessary transportation. We carefully consider the number of kilometres from production to distribution.
Traceability
Each product and each ingredient is traceable to the source. Paradeigma guarantees the products from the ingredients, processing, to the end production. As far as gluten free testing is concerned, Paradeigma has the products tested in controlled and independent European laboratories. The traceability is linked to the batch number (the best before date).
